Processing of Order
Orders are processed only once payments have been made. Products purchased before 3:00 PM (GMT) are delivered the same day (working day, Monday to Friday), whereas those placed after that time frame will be dispatched on the next working day. PeptidesX may suspend or cancel an order that requires further verification.

International Shipping
PeptidesX delivers to select countries worldwide. If your country is not available in the drop down menu at checkout, you should first contact our support department before placing your order. Each individual is fully responsible for determining whether or not his/her purchases are allowed to enter the respective country. PeptidesX is not to blame for return or delay of any order by the relevant authority.
Customs Duties and Import Policy
In relation to all international shipments made from PeptidesX, any fees incurred through customs duties, tax and importation are entirely the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for the time taken by customs procedures for clearances. No liability is assumed whatsoever for goods which are seized, confiscated, destroyed, detained and/or returned to the customer. By purchasing our products, you agree that you comply with all importation laws and policies.
Shipping Confirmation
Shipping confirmation entails provision of complete tracking details. The tracking code will be emailed to your inbox once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking code one day after placing your order, please inform us immediately.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer who bears the sole responsibility of entering a valid and accurate delivery address at check-out. PeptidesX is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay in shipment arising from an inaccurate delivery address entered at check-out.
Delays & Issues
There will be no liability on account of delays caused by issues relating to the carrier, customs clearance, wrong delivery addresses, or unforeseen conditions. If you have any issues with your orders, please inform us, and we can assist you in filing your claims to the carrier.
