PeptidesX shall not be held liable in any way to the greatest extent allowed under the law, for any losses, damages, or injury caused due to misuse, mishandling, or illegal use of the products provided. Indemnity shall be provided to PeptidesX by you in case there is any claim made on us in respect of your usage of our products contrary to these terms.
