General Policy
Taking into account the extremely specialized nature of our research peptides and their perishability, all sales are final once your order has been made and the payment for the product confirmed. Refunds and return procedures will not be possible in the following instances:
- Second thoughts about the purchase
- Mistakes made by the buyer regarding the selection of a certain product
- The incorrect understanding of the description, use, and application of the product
- Wrong handling, preparation, or storage of the product after its delivery
- The opening, usage, or modification of the product in any way
- Delayed orders due to the actions of third-party services, such as the courier and customs service, or events beyond our control
It is highly recommended that all our clients carefully study the products listed in our store, their purity, and COA before placing their orders. In case you have any questions concerning the product before purchasing it, do not hesitate to contact us.
Damaged Or Incorrect Goods
We do our best when it comes to packaging our goods and shipping them off. Yet, in the very rare case where you receive a package with a damaged product or incorrect items inside, you should inform us about that within the next 48 hours from the delivery date confirmation.
In order to deal with your problem, we may ask for the following:
- Photographs of damaged or incorrect items
- The picture of the packaging of your order
- Your order number and contact information
Missing out on the deadline of 48 hours may mean that your request will not be processed at all. After reviewing and accepting your request, we will give you one of the following options, depending on your personal case:
- Sending you a replacement product free of charge
- Return of your money to the payment method used initially
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of your order can only occur prior to the shipment. This should be done as soon as possible after your order placement, since our company cannot ensure that an order can be cancelled.
After an order gets shipped and a delivery tracking number gets generated, the order cannot be cancelled anymore, neither it can be retrieved nor redirected.
Shipping Concerns and Loss of Packages
As soon as the order is dispatched and tracking number assigned to it, the responsibility for the shipment moves to the courier company. We do not take responsibility for delays due to problems with courier companies, bad weather, peak mail period, or other uncontrollable reasons.
In case of delivery confirmation, we consider the parcel delivered. We cannot be held accountable for any loss of the package in case it was delivered as per courier company confirmation. However, we would be glad to assist you in starting the official investigation in this matter with the help of the courier company. Please note that investigating packages usually takes up to 15 business days.
Regarding international orders, we are not responsible for packages that get detained, lost, rejected by the customs, or seized. It is entirely up to our customers to comply with the rules of importing products into their country before ordering something.
Dispute Policy & Chargebacks
By submitting an order to PeptidesX, you agree not to file an unscrupulous payment dispute or chargeback via your bank or other financial institution. Any dispute will be handled using evidence, such as proof of purchase, shipping proof, tracking proof, and delivery proof.
PeptidesX has the right to fight unscrupulous disputes filed and collect any outstanding payments through lawful means, should this become necessary. Researchers who attempt a fraudulent chargeback will not receive future service from our company.
Security Measures to Prevent Fraudulent Behavior
PeptidesX has the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being fraudulent, request more identification, require additional payment verification and even refuse to ship the products to the customer, if necessary.
Use of Products
Our products are intended only for laboratory research in vitro and are not meant for any other use, nor any use on animals and humans. You declare that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher and that you comply with all UK laws and legislation regarding the use of products in legitimate scientific research.
